  5. Vendbbs.txt is being provided to Shareware Distributors, Vendors, User Groups
  6. and Computer Clubs who wish to distribute the Stikum-Up 2.2 product(Stikum.zip).

  11. Short Description    - Stikum-Up 2.2 - A Note System with SOUND...
  12. Long Description    - Stikum-Up 2.2 adds SOUND... attach ANY .wav
  13.               sound file to ANY note with the push of a button. 
  14.                           Enter the text...  choose the .wav file you
  15.               wish to attach to the note then simply push
  16.               'Post'. The created note/sound executable becomes
  17.               totally independent of Stikum-Up. All the
  18.               program and the .wav sound file player logic
  19.               are embedded in the note .exe. If you have
  20.               a sound card (Sound Blaster etc..) or a
  21.               speaker driver(speak.exe) available on many
  22.               major computer information services (CompuServe,
  23.               GEnie and America Online) Stikum-Up 2.2 is a
  24.               MUST have for your Windows 3.1 desktop. Includes
  25.               some great .wav files too. Now there isn't any 
  26.               reason not to add sound to your electronic notes,
  27.               reminders and annotations.

  63. PACKING.TXT. If any files listed in PACKING.TXT are absent then this agreement
  64. becomes NULL and VOID.

  66. Stikum-Up product must not be included in any commercial product nor may any 
  67. price or compensation be charged for Stikum-Up product without written 
  68. authorization from Clear Pane Consulting.

  70. A distribution fee of not more than $10.00(single unit) may be charged for
  71. the diskette, shipping and handling.

  73. The Stikum-Up product CANNOT be modified in anyway with the exception of 
  74. Software vendors acting in GOOD FAITH adding advertisement and distribution
